Depends on what you mean, but hatred towards one's own race is possible

There are different kinds of racism
Cham, the type you referenced is internalized racism, where someone hates their own race. It's actually a really deep and complex issue that I don't have the depth of knowledge to explain, unfortunately.
Now "reverse racism" itself is a really silly term imo. It's used mainly by white Americans to refer to POC who are prejudiced against white people.
Solely going by the dictionary definition of racism, yes, anyone can have a prejudice against any race. However, there is a distinct difference in a white person being racist towards POC and POC being racist towards a white person.
White people, as we exist in Western society, are not marginalized. We experience a degree of societal privilege that is inaccessible to POC. Some may argue that it isn't the 1950s anymore, that kind of prejudice isn't in society anymore. But, at least in America, white people continue to profit off of the institutions that were put in place to oppress non-white people. That kind of systemic racism continues to hurt POC. And when someone is racist towards a POC, they are perpetuating the society that oppresses them. It is significantly more harmful than a POC saying something racist to a white person.
Many people believe that it can not be racist unless it is systemic. Using that definition, no, white people cannot experience racism. They are not marginalized, they are not oppressed.
Whichever definition you adhere to, the concept of reverse racism is used almost exclusively to talk over marginalized people speaking about their struggles.
Anyway take that all with a grain of salt because I am myself white, and my understanding of these concepts is admittedly rudimentary, but that's essentially how I've come to understand it. If someone else would like to explain it in more depth or even correct some of my assumptions that would be stellar -
?? Ain't racism racism tho? Saying harmful things about someone and being nasty about their legit skin color is bad either way
Although I do want to see a couple examples of white people continuing to profit where POC do not as I am curious -
@spice. Here's a pretty modern example I can think of for how white people profit while POC do not
I'm Asian. Or at least, wasian. A great example of how white people profit off the Asian community while Asians do not is a little online trend known as... e-girls.
White women, who steal Asian culture and objectify it online for money, who take genuine issues from our cultures and turn it into profit. I'm talking about them using Asian school girl uniforms and marketing it on their bodies without a care for the issues around s*xu*l harassment and s*xu*l crimes that Asian culture has or which we face because of the same things these women are profiting off and pushing.
They also make their appearance appear more Asian, not just in clothing, but doing makeup in a way which changes their features to appear "asian". Who make their eyes more slanted or who even change their way of speaking to sound more "kawaii" or asian. And who get praised for it while Asians have been humiliated, insulted and abused for the same features and aspects. And with that, these women also choose to profit and earn money off this, with little care for what harmful stereotypes they are continuing to feed into for Asian women. At the end of the day, a white women can wipe her makeup off, and walk outside without being ridiculed or mocked for looking Asian, yet she can profit off it online . An Asian cannot do that. We cannot wipe our features off when we please or when we wish to not be a target for harassment and abuse. And when you think back on all the Asian hate and attacks on Asians that happened with COVID - its only more present how these women are able to profit off our features, cultures, or things from our countries without receiving any of the backlash, violence, racism or cruelty- while Asians instead must suffer for the same things these women profit from
An Asian gets mocked for their food, for the things they enjoy from their country and for their features while a white person can then do all the same things and gain attention or profit off it because it's now an 'aesthetic' when a white person does it. When an Asian does it, it is still considered weird and "too Asian" for them to be doing it however -
Hm that does seem bad, and I've never liked e-girls. But they're a minority in a vast group of people and I think it'd be a little unfair to judge the majority in the exact same way. I think the problem more has to do with the person and their mindset, not their race.
S*x*alizing parts of Asian culture is bad and will always be bad to me, for any culture really. I think the reason people consider it an "aesthetic" when a white person tries out something of Asian culture is because it's someone experiencing something for the first time people, but just non-Asian people. I would personally be delighted to see people trying out and enjoying things from my country's culture! And people eating the food they normal eat isn't as exciting as seeing someone with a very different cultural background try something out! So from what I see, the problem has to do with the people, and not the race -
While it is the individual white women who do this, the way they are able to profit off the objectification and through s*x*alizing Asian features and culture is in itself, an example of the way a white person is able to make profit, while the poc is not.
Black women who have done similar things, have been called out and immediately shunned over doing the same things while when Asian people speak up about their discomfort when a white girl or woman does it, they're told they're wrong, that she can do it if she wants and that it's "just makeup" or "harmless" or that they are "just jealous" . A lot of these white women who have been called out by the Asian community online, still continue to have an enormous online following and support for what they do. There is a difference in the way a white women who is mistreating the culture is handled and the way other POC doing the same things are handled. Which shows an unfair bias and willingness to allow white women to get away with these things or accepted for these things online, while others cannot
So while they are a minority and not an example of every single white person - it is a valid example of the way a white person can choose to profit off a poc or their culture
And if it's only seen as aesthetic when a white women does something from a foreign country, but weird when somebody from that country or culture does it- it's not appreciating the country or culture it came from, its objectifying it and turning it into a fantasy presented by a different person. Embracing a culture and appreciating or learning more about it is vastly different than this. And I myself, would of course greatly appreciate anyone who was actually willing to learn about my own culture/the culture of which I come from. But that's not the case here
