i dont think judging them by the quality of their character is worth anything anymore. trump is a sh1t person and biden is probably a pedo. neither choice is great for what they're likely to do for the country either. the 2 party system leads to sh1t choices and worse ones and there's no winning with this election.

Trump is a confirmed pedo, though. There was an actual rape lawsuit filed against him by a then-13 year old girl named Katie Johnson, who has since ~disappeared~ off of the face of the earth. Not even her own lawyers can get in contact with her anymore.
again I hope we get to be the generation that breaks the two party system. f--- political parties. both democrats and republicans are only supporting the rich, corporate 1% while f---ing EVERYONE ELSE over
eat the rich -
" A woman whose identity is being protected has filed a civil lawsuit against Donald Trump and billionaire Jeffrey Epstein (a convicted sex offender) accusing them of raping her in 1994, when she was thirteen years old."
Here are all of the court documents:
tw: rape ofc
Jeffery Epstein is involved, and although the charges were "dropped" the fact that this woman has since disappeared off of the face of the earth is alarming and leads me to believed they weren't dropped because she was lying, but rather because her rapist is now the president of the goddamned united states, and if they killed epstein, who knows what they'd do to her if she kept pursuing this. -

Geek: As long as it gets the point across, but thank you for telling me.

I will agree with PointlessDreams. The point of political parties was to divide us even further. Here is an excerpt about how George Washington felt about political parties.
Washington continues to advance his idea of the dangers of sectionalism and expands his warning to include the dangers of political parties to the country as a whole. These warnings are given in the context of the recent rise of two opposing parties within the government—the Democratic-Republican Party led by Jefferson, and Hamilton's Federalist Party. Washington had striven to remain neutral during a conflict between Britain and France brought about by the French Revolution, while the Democratic-Republicans had made efforts to align with France, and the Federalists had made efforts to ally with Great Britain.
Washington recognizes that it is natural for people to organize and operate within groups such as political parties, but he also argues that every government has recognized political parties as an enemy and has sought to repress them because of their tendency to seek more power than other groups and to take revenge on political opponents.[4] He feels that disagreements between political parties weakened the government.
Moreover, he makes the case that "the alternate domination" of one party over another and coinciding efforts to exact revenge upon their opponents have led to horrible atrocities, and "is itself a frightful despotism. But this leads at length to a more formal and permanent despotism." From Washington's perspective and judgment, political parties eventually and "gradually incline the minds of men to seek security… in the absolute power of an individual",[1] leading to despotism. He acknowledges the fact that parties are sometimes beneficial in promoting liberty in monarchies, but he argues that political parties must be restrained in a popularly elected government because of their tendency to distract the government from their duties, create unfounded jealousies among groups and regions, raise false alarms among the people, promote riots and insurrection, and provide foreign nations and interests access to the government where they can impose their will upon the country.
I believe it is our chance to tear down the political party sytem and create something new. Something better. It is our rights as Americans, and as basic human beings. And before someone shouts, "Treason!"; I do have evidence.
Locke declared that under natural law, all people have the right to life, liberty, and estate; under the social contract, the people could instigate a revolution against the government when it acted against the interests of citizens, to replace the government with one that served the interests of citizens.
I personally feel out government isn't doing anything to help the citizens within it. I have multiple reasons as to why that is, but that is going to be saved for another time. Now, as far as this election goes, if we vote Trump another term, it's going to cause more war and chaos. If we vote Biden in, there might be a change in how everything is being run. We don't know that for sure, but it will most definitely be a change from the current presidents reign. -

"biden is probably a pedo"
But Trump is a confirmed rapist. Here are exerts from the court documents, if you did not happen to read them. TW and page break for rape mention.
The mods can delete this if it's too graphic, but I feel it's important for all you "Trump Supporters" to see this.
Remember this girl was THIRTEEN at this time.
“..Trump had sexual contact with me at four different parties in the summer of 1994. On the fourth and final sexual encounter with Defendant Trump, Defendant Trump tied me to a bed, exposed himself to me, and then proceeded to forcibly rape me. During the course of this savage sexual attack, I loudly pleaded with Defendant Trump to stop but he did not. Defendant Trump responded to my please by violently striking me in the face with his open hand and screaming that he would do whatever he wanted.
“Immediately following this rape, Defendant Trump threatened me that, were I ever to reveal any details of Defendant Trump’s sexual and physical abuse of me, my family and I would be physically harmed if not killed.” -
I don’t even know where to start cause y’all sent so much lol so if I do miss something, please point it out so I can address it.
First, I didn’t say anything about his “rollback on LGBTQ rights” because I was waiting for you to provide a source that explains those rollbacks (like statements he made regarding them), and that was my bad because I forgot to ask you for them.
Do you have the source where Trump himself said that that was likely true?
As for Hermit:
If he was just spewing words to get votes from the lgbtq community, then wouldn’t he also lose votes from all the homophobic and transphobic people out there, which are apparently all of his followers? I do think he supports the lgbtq community. I think that launching a global campaign to decriminalize homosexuality under the supervision of Richard Grenell (who was the ambassador to Germany that Trump nominated in 2017, and is also gay and he later became the acting director of national intelligence which made him the first openly gay person to be in a US Cabinet level position) is pretty supportive and not homophobic.
I’ll read that article when I have time (which should hopefully be later today) and then I’ll get back to you, sorry!
I’m not saying that Obama didn’t do anything for the LGBTQ community. I’m saying that he first went into office saying that he doesn’t support gay marriage and that Trump is the first president to go into office saying that he supports them. Obama’s views changed later in his term.
For the immigration laws, children were being taken away from their parents when they entered this country illegally when Obama was president too. Obama’s administration actually deported more immigrants than Trump’s in this point of their presidencies.
I’d also like to point out that in this country, if—as a parent—you do something illegal, your children get taken away from you. If you are drunk driving with your child in the back seat and you get pulled over, your child gets taken away from you. Doesn’t matter if you hurt anyone or not. You did something illegal, so your child gets taken away. It’s also to protect the child because you don’t know if that child belongs to the people who they crossed the border with. They could’ve been kidnapped and those people are using that child in hopes that our border patrol agents will let them come in, so they’re separated because 1)it’s illegal, and 2)for the safety of that child to make sure that they were not kidnapped.
And I’ll address the travel ban part and the rest of the posts hopefully later tonight when I’m not busy, sorry again! And also sorry in advance because it is very likely that I won’t be able to respond until Friday or Saturday (most likely Saturday), but I promise that I will respond! -
Tbh Trump is creepy af to me
-
My parents think he would be a dictator if this was a communist economy.
-
He told transgender people they can’t serve in the army just because their trans. That really pisses me off, because I support the transgender community (Jazz Jennings for president :)
He is a total pervert, and tried to ban abortion laws. This is MY body, I should chose whether I want something one eighth my body squeezed out or not (and that’s exactly why I’m not having a baby, I’m adopting when I grow up).
He spreaded (and still is spreading) misinformation about the coronavirus at first saying it was all a lie to make him look bad, and when when no one believed that, he said the doctors had finally made a cure.
And he’s a total creep, liar, and dictator. You want me to support Trump? Think again. -
Im not defending trump or saying that he didn't do that because i have no doubt that it's a very strong possibility but on the other hand it does not seem to be proven and my main issue is that it was filed in 2016 (if im understanding what i read correctly) That bothers me a bit because that means it was after he started running. I worry false rape accusations have started to become a political weapon recently and that's very bad both for innocent people accused and actual victims who'll be doubted. either that or we just need to nuke the capital at this point cause we're too far gone.
(note i did not read through the whole thing so its more than possible im missing something that makes it more confirmed)
i would also like to add that biden has been getting accused of things for decades iirc, sry for not searching for sources
there's so much human trafficking at the southern border that i think not separating them would be child abuse -
we were dealt a bad hand with this election. im not gonna vote trump because i support him im just gonna vote him because i like biden even less : /
-
I don’t support anyone, and I’m too young to vote so what does it even matter.
But Donald Trump is a severely ruthless and a huge man-baby. His decisions for America are awful.
Biden may be old but it doesn’t necessarily mean that he’ll be a bad president.
