I fully agree social media has become like a cancer that infects your mind and it is also true we hide from our problems by using tech and i admit i am guilty to this crime i will also add that physically working outside in the sun for an hour makes you feel way better than gaming for 7 hours
As tech advances we also see more and more 'anarchist' group forcing their views on others and using these social network ports as a conduit to spread these beliefs since they dont have to face the people they are attacking they arent afraid
Antifa and feminist groups are a fine example of this

But we have never been saintly. The 1900s were just as bad as the current year. -
