mass murderers, terrorists, mass anythings really -

issue is.. DP wont solve the issue. it avoids the issue by desposing of the unwanted. say you manage to kill off majority of unwanted. (maj because it is impossible, w/o advanced technology and w/ globalized areas, to despose of all unwanted. ) so, even a handful of bandits or pirators are a continual threat to the system, a butterfly effect that can extend, again and again, toward the universal ideals, whatever they might be. destroy a limb, and it grows back in other relevant places.
