If a parent or legal guardian leaves a mark such as a bruise or a cut and caused that trauma to the child on purpose on the upper half of the body and it is there for over 48 hours, it may be 24, it is illegal and chargeable under law. If your mom frequently smacks you and it leaves a mark under those circumstances, she is abusing you. It is illegal.

I mean if you do something wrong and you get hit for it. Obviously beating them is against the law.
-
That can't be right. What if I purposefully beat my child below the waist, Nonsense? Is it still abuse?
-
is it that damn hard to differentiate between discipline and abuse
-
wait
but
It's easy to totally interpret whatever you're trying to say in any light. If you were more specific like, "Parents smacking their children is not abuse when they need to use a disciplinary action involving physical movement towards their adolescence because of something bad they did that results in a consequence."
Then phew! Your ass wouldn't be plowed vigorously by an angry uptight mob filled with offended little cucks. Well, not entirely if you modified it where it could be a lot more clear and precise so nobody could go to such sudden conclusions and rip you to shreds.
Honestly, I thought this thread would be blowing up because there's "ain't no rest for the triggered". I kind of see where you're coming from, but honestly, I don't agree with spanking, smacking, or any kind of physical action to teach your children a "lesson". I'm not saying that because it might cause "trauma!!!!111111!!!111 becuz mum smacked tehm on the bum for stealing c00kies!!!1111". Haha, hell no. Some kids will just keep on getting into trouble over and over again. They know the consequences, which is their daddy's shiny belt, but you can't end their curiosity or want or whatever drives them to cause a clusterf--- of monstrosity or disaster for some weird reason, even if it results tomato shade buttocks.
