  I think it's a little fair. I mean, most of the population speaks English and almost all of the signs and shops and everything is written in English. I mean, if you'd like to get by easier in America, it'd lift a big weight off of your shoulders if you could speak English. But, that's their choice to speak another language. It doesn't bother me that much if they do, anyway. I'd just suggest learning the language.
