I've been to private school my whole life. In 1st grade uniforms started. I don't know how you guys get down in Dubai, but here, FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION IS AN IMPORTANT, CONSTITUTIONAL TOPIC!! In my school, it's skirts a bit above knee-length, no cleavage tops, blah, blah B1TCH! I hate frikin skool uniform, it should go to hell and eat it's own friggin @ss.
No offense intended Roady, it just irks me when people think that things I care about are unimportant. I mean, in all honesty, they're not mind killing. You have all summer, and all school breaks, and all weeekends to wear your own clothes, so what does 5 days a week some weeks do to you? It doesn't really matter. Besides, who wants cleavage-showing, shorts-shorter-than-my-underwear people prancing around school like prostitutes? -
That's why most schools have dress codes. I mean yeah people like to express themselves but isn't school supposed to be more about education then what someone's outfit is? As long as people aren't dressing half naked our something I'm fine with it but I honestly don't see a huge problem with school uniforms.

Oh you two have taken me over. I'm now forced to admit uniforms aren't as bad as suicide....
But Klove, you have a point there. School isn't supposed to be for teenage tramps who care more about who's-dating-who than about the D they got on their test or whatever.
*Shudders*. D!!! That's terrible. The worst grade I've ever gotten was a C+ on a math test. Math is my all-time WORST subject, but it's fun. -
Just wait till you get to Algrebra II. I took that in my Junior year in high school. That class was a b---- but I still managed to walk away with an 80.

It's supposed to be Citibank because they got bailed out and are now 30% owned by the government. It's supposed to say $hiti but the i is cut out for some strange reason on this site.

I don't like uniforms but it's easy just to put them on and you don't have to worry how you look.
