No, the report clearly says that Micheal attempted to grab Wilson's gun where it discharged; as evidenced by the gunpowder residue within the car itself as well as the wound on Michael's hand. After that happened, Micheal and his friend attempted to flee the scene. Wilson then left his vehicle and pursued, because someone had just tried to take his gun, which is a crime. This is compounded by several witnesses and Wilson himself. At that point, Michael turns around and charges Wilson, 'reaching into his pants.' Wilson then fires 'several times,' applying legal force to protect himself from someone twice his size and weight.
I'd like to hear how the official police report is bull though, enlighten me.
Also, I like how you say he wasn't injured, when this very image was used in the Supreme Court, clearly showing the bruise Wilson suffered from Michael's punch to the face.

Wow, what a bruise. He was definitely in fear for his life /sarcasm
-
The picture is not there to claim whether he was or was not in fear of his life. The picture is there to disprove the claim that Wilson suffered no injuries and to add evidence to Wilson's narrative that Brown attacked him and attempted to seize his gun.
-
It also means that Michael Brown wasn't 20 feet away.

I get the feeling you didn't read the post above the picture.
Brown attacks Wilson in his car and attempts to grab his gun. The gun goes off in the struggle. Brown panics and runs away. Wilson pursues. Brown turns around and attempts to charge Wilson. Wilson fires to protect himself from the man who attacked him not one minute ago.
Just because Brown was not near Wilson when he was shot does not mean that he wasn't near Wilson when Brown attacked him. The two events happened at completely different times.
Or do you still think that teachers live at the school because that's where you saw them last?
Adding on, literally nobody is claiming Brown wasn't four feet away. Every single witness, every piece of evidence, claims he was four feet away from Wilson when he was shot. What is your claim here, Geek, what conclusion do you want me to pull from your post? -
That second paragraph is a mess.
Just because Brown was not near Wilson when he was shot does not mean that Brown wasn't near Wilson when Brown attacked him. -
Guys, people don't know exavtly what really happened because the media can lie and change up things to make things more interesting do people can keep reading or watching their sources.
