Xanthe wasn't even listening to the teacher's blabbing away.She was too busy plotting revenge on some of the Jocks.

As soon as the bell rang, Lilean floated out of class-
-and ran right into one of the 'popular chicks'. "Watch it!" she exclaimed, "Oh, sorry. I gues I didn't go through you this time." Lilean apoligized. -
Xanthe strolled out of class. She saw someone getting yelled at by a popular b----. 'Is there a problem here?' she growled

"Oh no, I was just apoligizing to Ms. Dairine here for bumping into her. You see, I'm still trying to get the hang of when to float through things and when not to." Lilean said, handing the popular girl, Dairine, her books.

Xanthe nodded,and walked away. Her hair was aflame. 'Hothead.' someone muttered

Dairine scoffed, took her books, and walked away. "Have a ghoul-tastic day!" Lilean said, gathering her books and walking to her locker.

'That girl gives me the creeps.' A zombie said,pointing at Xanthe. 'She's the Devil's kid.'

Lilean heard what the other student was saying and threw a book at his head.

'Hey!' the zombie shouted, his head was knocked off. 'What the hell was that for?'

"Talking about someone behind their back." Lilean said, picking up her book and placing the zombie's head back on his shoulders.

'Everyone does it.' the zombie complained 'And thanks.'

"Well everyone should stop, and your welcome. It would've been mean to just leave your head lying there." Lilean said, turning back to her locker.

Xanthe opened up her locker. She snatched a bloody,red pentogram necklace and tied it around her neck.

Lilean took out the books neaded for her next few classes, closed her locker, and floated along. Humming quietly.

'Thanks,dad.' she whispered. Shortly after,she slammed the locker door shut without touching it.
