I ordered a 150 prismacolor pencil package and it says it's delivered but I don't have it. Could it be that the mailman came when we were shopping? No. It can't be because it says that the package was delivered around 4:30 pm. Unless my cousins picked it up. Or is my mom hiding them from me like she did my Bambam merch? Either way, I'm pissed off.

I'd assume that the place you ordered them from would have to give a refund or re-send them if you never actually got them. Either that, or if they don't want to do that, maybe talk to the mailman and see if he knows who picked it up? It's a stretch but.

that sounds a little controlling to me. My fam never takes my stuff. :/

If you want I'll share my prismacolor.. but it would require a lot of mailing back and forth, I'd think.
