i shouldve gotten smart with that customer. idk why i let her embarrass me. idk why i let her take a toll on me.
it could've been worse. i could've thrown the sauces at her. or not give them any at all. i could've slammed the window.. or tell her shes not funny. -
people like her make me the way i am.

and im making it so i show no pity.

so next time when i ask how many sauces a customer want, and they give me a sarcastic response like today, im just going to close the window and walk away. i'll tear the survey code on their receipt and just call it a day.
