I scare my sisters so I know this stuff.
Either she took the remote and is turning the TV on and off from her room. Or she asked one of your others simblings (or more) to turn the TV on and off.

Well if your sick then maybe the TV isn't turning on and off.
Maybe it's because that it's Halloween tomorrow and you're expecting scary things to happen but your mind is spinning and you're imagining things and you don't feel well.
