Forestpaw shook the moss off her pelt and sighed.She had such a wonderful dream about chasing a mouse.Forestpaw walked out of the medicine cat den and happened to walk directly into her brother,Darkpaw."Watch it mousebrain!"He snarled.Flicking his tail on her nose,he headed off to the maple clearing to train,following his mentor,Reedtail.I walked back to the willow tree,to help Mapleleaf count juniper berries. -

Mudpelt arose from her den and padded across the clearing to get a mouse for breakfast. -
eilloh NewbieMoonpaw watched Forestpaw head back to the mecidine cat den and saw her own mentor,Oakfire,call her name."Moonpaw!It is time for the morning patrol!"He flicked his tail to Moonpaw to tell her to come.Behind her,she saw her sister,Hollypaw,walking towards them with her mentor,Willowstar.Together Moonpaw and Hollypaw patroled the Mystclan border with Oakfire and Willowstar.

Mudpelt brought the mouse back to her den to eat, then went to check on the ne-born kits in the nursery. "Forestpaw," she called "Why don't you come with me?"

Forestpaw walked with Mapleleaf to go gather comfrey and some catmint."Pay attention Forestpaw."Mapleleaf said.I watched as she climbed a tall pine and waited for a blackbird to appear.Mapleleaf suddenly pounced and climbed back down with a triumphant gleam in her amber eyes."Now go check on Bramblefur and rub some mousebile on his ticks."She instructed.Grudgingly,I obeyed and brought the fresh kill to the elder den in front of his matted pelt.

Moonpaw just got back from patrol with Hollypaw and now they were going to go train with Sunpaw and Starpaw.Soon they would be made warriors.I mrrowed in amusement as Sunpaw fell into the maple hollow. -
Elkkit saw the tom, and looked at him, jaws Agape.
"Your a cat! Not a wolf pup"he chimed.

Asrif snickered, his ears high to listen for sounds.
"I am Asrif the Loner. Who are you."he asked the kit.
Elkkit smiled and said"I'm Elkkit, the strongest tom-kit in Myst clan!"
Asrif snickered again, then searched the trees and shadows with his Amber gaze.
