lol in some places lil, I live in the waterfront, which garentees rain and cool sea breeze xD
in Ontario (which i don't live in..) The snow gets piled up to 10 feet high and people are trapped in their homes.
It depends on how hot the summer was.
the hotter the summer the colder the winter meaning more snowwwwww
