Step down and see the soldiers fall.
Watch the world go up in flames.
You, the humble veteran,
so sad you made it through..
Didn't you want to see the end?
Want to see what hate could do?
You, the wounded soldier,
still fighting for all you're worth.
Close your eyes and wait a moment,
and let your blood spatter the earth.
You, the noble army
with such a righteous cause.
Oh please, let's not play that game.
You're here strictly for applause.
The warzone is my stage
where I may reign you in.
I'll decide when it's time to die,
and when it's time to live.
You can try to escape the hands of fate,
but my hands are not so kind.
No one can escape the grasp
of destruction's eye.
I've watched the world crumble before,
I can make it happen again.
Not that you need me to-
