all of these things fill my veins
so I guess I'm coughing up blood

like a sick, twisted lullaby
but this is laced with my love
I can't call this a drug
but I hope you get addicted
and can never let go again
I'm falling asleep right here
and when I wake up I pray
you'll be here to push
the nightmares away
I might shake in my sleep
but if you're here next to me
then the ghosts in my mind can just leave
let them bleed for a while
