First of all, my pic is hard to understand. I've recieved too comments about it that made me giggle. The first one 'I can barely see what's going on' and the other. 'It looks like a dude with boobage (LOL LOL LOL!)' Well, it's Vegeta and Goku hugging... or kissing.... I can't really tell....
