"So am I," he said contently. "Finally, some peace after everything that happened.."
They nodded and continued eating. -
Ivan nodded. "Yep."
Demetri sat and talked to them as they ate. -
He smiled. "I'm just happy we're happy again."
Duran was completely engaged into the conversation, while Lucas was mainly focused on his eating. -
He smiled back. "Yeah, it's great."
Demetri enjoyed talking to Duran. -
Giovanni giggled.
And Duran liked talking to Demetri. He usually didn't have anyone to talk to but his son, so this was great. -
"We should probably get as much rest as we can. You know, since tomorrow is the wedding." he said.
Demetri just kept chatting with Duran. -
"Yeah.. I see your point," he nodded. "I feel all weird though, all bubbly. I think I won't be able to get too much sleep anyway~."
At one point Lucas excused himself, saying he was going out to 'explore the scene' and then come back home to rest. -
"Yeah. Like how you feel on Christmas Eve." Ivan said.
Demetri didn't even really notice when Lucas left. -
He nodded. "Just like that. And for me, Christmas because the next day is my birthday~."
Duran said goodbye to his son and smiled back at Demetri. "Tell me a little about your self, amigo."
Well Demetri is a great guy. xD -
"Yah, I know."Ivan said with a smile.
Demetri shrugged. "There's not really much to tell. What do you specifically want to know?" -
Gio smiled. "But yeah, we should sleep now."
"Well, I guess I just want to know what you like doing." -
Ivsn nodded and stood up, sweeping Gio up into his arms. "To our room."
Demetri shrugged. "Well I really enjoy playing football with my brothers. And before the accident, I really lived playing chess with my dad." -
He giggled loudly. "Yay~" he said.
Duran nodded. "I'm sorry to hear about your parents, but it's good to know those things. You have interesting hobbies." -
He chuckled and carried Gio to their room.
Demetri nodded. "What about you?" -
He was giggling the whole time, his face red.
He thought about that for a moment. "Well, I enjoy cooking. Before my wife and I divorced, I loved doing crosswords with her. I know, I'm not very interesting."
