"That'd be painful, don't you think?" he replied, a sly smile on his features.

"You think I care?" Ivan asked.

"Well, I certainly don't."

Ivan looked away. He had to or he would end up breaking his promise to Giovanni.

Martin sneered a bit and turned a way as well, chuckling a bit.
Gio, meanwhile, looked a bit worriedly at Ivan. -
Penisberg.

"I really hate your friend there," Ivan said to Giovanni. "He's a real pain."

"To you," Giovanni whispered softly. "I think he's jealous and he's trying to stop 'anything'. Just please.. Ignore him."

"I'll try." Ivan said relunctantly. " I can't say I'm gonna do a good job though."

"As long as you try," he said with a soft smile.
Martin, meanwhile, swinging his feet under the table while staring at them both. He kept an innocent look to his face. -
Ivan didn't look back at Martin again. Only at the teacher, or at Giovanni. He was really starting to hate Martin, even though he didn't have any real reason. Maybe he was just jealous as well. Jealous that a little brat like Martin knew Guovanni better than him.

During the class, Martin kept watch on them both. Whenever Giovanni would ask Ivan a question, Martin was there to watch them suspiciously. If for any reason there was a want for him to do so, he'd watch.
He wouldn't let Ivan take away what Martin thought he already claimed. -
Ivan enjoyed working with Giovanni, but he could feel Martin's near constant stare on him and Gio. It was annoying and made him a bit angry. Martin acted as if Giovanni was his and would always be his.

Giovanni smiled half-way during class, and laughed. "You're really good at math, Ivan. I appreciate the help," he said contently to him.
Martin snorted softly. You're really good at math, Ivan, he mocked mentally, rolling his eyes. -
"Anytime. I'm glad to help." Ivan said cheerfully, though his jaw clenched a bit when he heard Martin's snort.
