The touch caused him to look up and make eye contact with Connor. He smiled, and softly placed his own hand over the one on his cheek.

Connor began to lean forward, but stopped and pulled away, removing his hand from Shiloh's face. He looked down. "Im sorry, your majesty."

Shiloh, surprised when Connor pulled away, missed the new found warmth and contact he'd found. He took Connor's hand in his own again, giving him a reassuring smile. "You haven't done anything to apologize for, Connor."

Connor looked into Shiloh's eyes and nodded. "Okay, Shiloh." He gave a smile and kissed his hand gently.

He blushed again lightly, then got up to take care of the trash. "I'll get dressed then." He smiled and left a soft kiss on Connor's forehead before moving on.

Connor grinned when Shiloh kissed his forehead. He smiled and laid back on the bed.

Heart still fluttering, Shiloh took his clothes and went to the bathroom. When out of sight, he smiled and giggled in happiness.

Connor heard a giggle come from the bathroom, and his face lit up. He was. Erg happy right now.

Shiloh quickly dressed and came back out to sit on the bed again.

Connor was still lying on the bed, grinning at the ceiling.

The prince smiled to himself, glad to see him so happy. He carefully brought one of his hands over to brush some of Connor's hair. "Hehe, it's so soft."

Connor looked at Shiloh, still grinning. "Must be the shampoo I use," he said.

"Yes, probably." He chuckled, then decided to ask what was on his mind. "Connor, what were you going to do before you pulled away?"

Connor's grin started to fade. "Uh, nothing you would want me to do. I wasn't thinking."

"How are you sure, though? I promise I won't get mad."
