It's inspired by a recent news story.
In a school for special needs (autism, etc), parents think they're sending their kids into a kind, nurturing environment. Little do they know that the teachers are a source of torture for the children. From psychological, verbal, and physical abuse to false notices home about violence and disrespect, the individuals who are leading the classroom wreak havoc throughout the class. The worst part? The kids can't express to anyone what goes on within the class. One day a father got sick of the constant notices home about his son being violent in nature. He bugs his child and sends him to school. He recovers the six hours of recordings and is shocked with what they prove. Revealing the utter hell his child is going through, they send a wave of shock through him. There's a variety of ways we can go about doing this. It could be following the class and then bringing up the day when the father finds out, or possibly after the news is revealed and how everything is being handled. I don't know. It seems like it would be interesting. -

wow, my brother is a special needs kid. also my aunt teaches a special ed class. don't worry though she is great at it. I would do that soap.
