You could have their physical build be meek and mild, but have their expression indicate otherwise? Maybe the glint in their eyes or the subtle way they stand? I don't know, I'm not good at these things. Dx That's why I'm a writer.

Writers are good for this stuff, they're usually pretty imaginative and good at describing stuff with words.

Maybe you should keep the way a b---- walks,snaps,and talks but still appear and dress like a cutie. oh and you voice should sound cute but not talk cute.
