How is it that sometimes, 'newbies' have profile pictures, and they joined after the whole 'you have to be a novice' thing?

Made a quiz, jump to novice. And then go back down.

No, but sometimes they don't have quizzes. Did they just deactivate it or something? ._.

Likely. Not all quizzes link to people's accounts. They can disable them.

Linking a quiz that's already linked to another account.

Some are second accounts..
Kain, Ling, Selim, the fma characters are second accounts. -
