Chase woke up to the buzzing of his alarm clock. Not that he'd gotten much sleep, anyway. New houses were never easy on the first night. -
Amaya woke up at Irisu, her grandmother, waking her up. She pounced out of bed, and grabbed her favorite outfit. She had a weird feeling about today.

He lazily slapped the snooze button and pulled himself out of bed. He got ready for his first day at his new school.

She got dressed, brushed her teeth, fixed her hair, groomed her ears and tail, and did hygiene nessesities (sp?). She ran down the staircase, and ate her favorite all-time food; cereal.

He didn't bother with breakfast, but instead started on his way to school. It'd be so much easier if he had a car, but he was stuck walking until he got a job in this new town. -
(Crap. D: SO CLOSE, BUT SO FAR AWAY)
She wiped her mouth when she was finished drinking the milk, and put her bowl into the sink. She grabbed her backpack, and walked out the door to school. -
(At least you got hygiene. I almost never get that one right.)
How far away was the school again? Chase would probably get there too early... but that would be good. It'd give him time to get his schedule and whatnot. -

Amaya walked slowly to the school. She didn't want to be early... especially since she heard a new student was coming... a boy!
(Did I forget to tell you that she also is kind of obssesed over the male gender? x3) -
He arrived a few minutes later and eventually found the principal's office. He stood there for a moment, then knocked on the door.

(And I guessed so.)

She reached the school in about 15 minutes. "Not as I planned, but oh well." She walked up the marble steps of the school, and entered the empty halls.

(Goodnight, dear.)
The principal opened the door to his office. Chase stepped inside and the principal began to tell him everything he'd need to know.
