"Thank you." I see him grimace when the arrow comes out, but then it is replaced by a look of relief. I whistle the toon back to him, and he smiles wider than i have seen him in months.

"That should be better," I say.

"He loves that. he really loves to sing it, because in the fields the song always starts with him."

*Minata mouths a thank you to the girl*
"he says thank you," i tell her. -
Tears come to my eyes. I nod.

"You welcome." I say.

i help him stand up, then tell him to wait there for a second. I pull you over to a tree to tell you something.
"He can't tak. but dont say anyting bout it." -
"By the way," I say, "I'm Bella. Call me Bell."

"Ok," I say,"I won't " (sorry late post.)

"okay. and if you want to know why he cant, ya know tak, jut ask some oder time, wen he fews betta."

I go back over to him, but as soon as i com close with bella, he takes his bow from his back nd points the arrow at her.

"Noo!" I yell.

"No! Shesa good!" i say, so he puts the arrow down. "Im sarwey bewa. he... a wittl sy."
