I'm guessing he only trusts himself around his band members. Everyone except for Toshiya has known him over 15 years. Toshiya's only known him the exact 15 years Dir En Grey's been together.

Dir En Grey formed a year after I was born. They're pretty close I guess.

cool, my friend wants to be in a band but thing is she can't find any band members who play like screamo and stuff.

She does, actually she wants to be the only girl in her band, apparently the better bands are when there's only one girl in them, apparently they sound better than the rest.

Not always. J-Rock bands often have crossdressers though. Versailles, Moi Dix Mois, VII Sense, Distraught Overlord, Lycaon (when they had Eve), Blood.
