"ok see you then" I hung up. I showered, then i got changed in a pair of dark navy blue jeans a white T-shirt.

manders Juniori was dressed in a pair of sweats and a t-shirt, didn't need to entice him while helping him...not yet although that will be neccesary later, i heard a knock "come in its unlocked"

I opened the door and walked in.

manders Junior"come back to the training room and we'll begin" i set up the mats and everything

I followed her voice to the training room, wow she was preapared.

manders Junior"Alright lets begin,come here, i'm going to try some methods and we will train dailly until you can fully control your strength"
