welcomez :D I've been in a similar situation...over the summer, I spent one whole week in band camp fer marching...13 hours. hot sun...with a break about every two or so hours

Kit: Holy Moly :o I have cheerleading tryouts soon, and today was the first day, and we had to dance and chant and yell and 'spirit' for 3 hours.. tomorrow I'm doing the optional extra time because I still need help, but still... I'll hurt like crazy.
