Yeah i'm alright now. I ran a mile three days ago and my leg was killing me, I couldn't even walk :(

Yeah, my parents told me to "walk it off" then I said "I can't even walk!" then they said "Do you want us to make you run another mile!" then I said "fine i'll walk" then I walked around for a while about to fall
