I loaded my bow silently and peaked around the corner by the stairs. There were four guys and a girl searching the kitchen for supplies. Of course, there wasn't any. It was all upstairs with Nik and Celeste.
"What are you doing?" I called out, walking around the corner, my bow at the ready.
Before I had time to react, the tallest guy, who was closest to me, knocked my bow out of my hands and locked my arms behind me.
"Hide!" I managed to get out before the girl gagged me. -
I heard Dylan shout hide and i immediately knew something was wrong. I got Celeste out of the closet and told her to pack two backpacks with food and water. I rummaged through the other supplies and found two fully loaded pistols. I tucked them into the waist band of my pants. I heard a creak from the stairs and someone cursed under their breath. I grabbed my sword with my left hand and had my right hand ready to grab the pistol. I stepped in front of Celeste, guarding her.

I was struggling against the guy holding me. Apparently I was annoying them because the girl slashed me acroos the collar bone with a knife. I screamed in pain against the gag, barely getting a sound out.
My mind was racing trying to find ways to escape from this guy's hold be he seemed to be unnaturally strong. One of them had headed up the stairs. I prayed that Nik had locked the door after I left. -
I heard a faint muffled scream of pain. I couldn't help it as my anger blossomed and adrenaline pumped heavily through my veins. "Stay here," I whispered under my breath. I approached the door, without a sound.

The guy holding me threw me against the wall, my head hitting the wall and then the tile floor. There was something sticky on my head and my vision was blurred.

I waited by the door listening. My plan was to knock all of them unconcious then tie them up for questioning. A young guy walked past me looking around. H e didn't notice me so I decided to give him a big whack in the head. I swung my sword back then smashed the side against his head. I caught him before he tumbled down and made any noise. I set him down noiselessly and started heading down the stairs, quiet as a mouse.

I moaned in pain. I could see people walking around me but the shapes were indistinct.

I sneaked down the stairs my sword at the ready. I could hear about five people in the kitchen. Easy-peasy, I thought to myself> I ran out from behind the wall and hit the closest person in the head, using my sword as a baseball bat. I ran over and whacked another. I felt like I was moving pretty fast. That adrenaline is some good stuff, I thought running up behind my next victim.

I could feel people falling onto the floor.

Instead of hitting them, I left a gash in her upper arm. I then pulled out the pistol and gave her a good whack on the back of her head she tumbled down. The last person was starting to turn so I raised the gun and fired off a shot next to the guys head. He jumped and gasped. He stayed completely still where he was so I just walked up and squeezed his neck in what my dad had called the 'vulcan death grip.' It only made you pass out for a couple of hours but left you with a serious headache.

I noticed there was a growing puddle of my blood in the floor. I wasn't worried though, head wounds bleed a lot.
