"What took you so long, chickadee?" Alex asked Nik, seeing the look on her face.
Pretty soon I was drunk and still going with the vodka. -
"Why do you want to know?" I really wasn't in the mood for talking.
(I think I know what you're gonna do...) -
"What was going on up there?" She asked. "Can't be that hard to find a shirt."
I abandoned my post and went back to the master bedroom. -
I gave her a pointed look. "Do you really want to know?"

"I could probably guess but..." Alex looked up, the realazation dawning. "You didn't..."

"Almost did." I shook my head. "It's not any of your business anyway."

"Okay." Alex said, raising her hands in front of her. "I'm here if you need me though."
It was dark. I was just sitting on the bed, staring at the wall. -
"Yeah, sure, I'd like to be alone right now."

"Plenty a rooms upstairs." She told her.

"Yep, that's where I'm headed." I got up and started walking up the stairs.

"Play nice." Alex called after her.
I heard some one coming up the stairs and I turned my head towards the door. -
I decided I should check on Dylan. I knocked on the door to the master. "You in there, Dylan?"

"Uhhuh" I slurred the words heavily and took another swig from the bottle.

His voice sounded weird. "You okay?" I stepped into the room.

"Yep." Seeing Nik, I stood up and walked over to her, stumbling along the way.
