Same with Kierra. But, when I turned novice, I never set a profile pic until I was a junior. My bar is still green but it's almost full. I'm close to experienced.

Make quizzes, take quizzes, comment on quizzes, post in forums.

@ Mike: When you click on your username, there will be something that says "set picture". You can't see it because your a noob, but when you go up a level, that icon will appear. In order to go a level higher, you need to make quizzes, forums, and just be on gtq.com for a long period of time.

There's a bar in your profile, fill it, and you'll be a junior.
