  This is a stupid embarrassing question!!
  So I tried plucking hairs off my upper lip. I didn't fully get the hairs like some of them I only got half. Does that mean they will still grow back??????

  Ok, um, I dont pluck mine, I use a razor type thing that I get at wallmart, but yeah, you didnt get the roots so they will drow back. (not a razor like you use to shave your legs btw)

  Try waxing. It's quick and will remove it all.
