As usual I gathered my things quickly. Especially in classes with couples sitting near me, I wanted to get out of there as quick as posssible. -
Thank god it's the end of the day.. AND IT'S FRIDAY! I start singing the Friday song to myself as I go to my locker and get ready to leave.

I started singing Someone Like You quietly. Even though there was no "you" in my life. So I guess I was hoping I would get a "you" in my life. I was a pretty decent singer. I rarely sang though. Too nervous.

Of course, it doesn't open again. I kick it and Tyler starts to walk over so I ask him, "Hey Tyler, my locker won't open again...can you like do that thing that you did earlier?"

"Thanks so much, I should learn how to do that" I put some books in my locker then look for a piece of paper. "Ah hah!" I write my number down then hand it to Tyler. "I'll see you tomorrow then for rollerblading?"

I start to walk home and when I think nobody is listening to a girl with an amazing voice singing someone like you. I can't tell who it is, but her voice sounds familiar.
