With Sarah's race, they didn't get pregnant. They found a child they liked and the couple would both bite the child at the same time. She was feeling very curious and decided to ask "What does the word pregnant mean?"

"It means you have a child in your stomach because you were fertilized. The child then grows and in the next six months, BAM, you have a baby" Vegeta explained. "But I still don't get how I got pregnant...."
