'Good God!' Tawna gasped in horror. 'We-we should go and see if everyone's okay!'

Xero was one step ahead, she was already running.

Dreg quickly caught up with her. 'Wait up, you guys!' OJ complained, rushing after them on all fours.

Xena stayed, for whatever reason she had for staying. "'By the time the fire department had arrived, everyone had escaped. Staff say two people were stuck inside, but the firemen say they saw no one.'" Xena murmered, quoting the front page story for tomarrow. "'It wasn't until the flames were quelched, when the body of Sarah and Halen (forgot their last name again x.x I fail) were found.'"
When Xero got there, her parents were nowhere to be seen. One of the firemen had to grab her before she could jump into the flames. -

Dreg stared in amazement for a few seconds. Then he walked forward, nearer to the flames. The firemen stared at him like he was crazy...which he was. -
Right x.x I tottally knew that, didn't forget it at all......
"Hey, wouldn't go in there if I were you!" one of them shouted, as he aimed his hose at the flames. -
'Kid, what are you, crazy or something?!' one fireman exclaimed, pulling Dreg away. The murder's face remained expressionless.
'...Yes.' Dreg replied, nodding slightly. 'Now, let go so I see if anyone's alive in there.'
'Leave this to the professionals, kid.' -

"And trust us when we say there's no one in there. We've checked." The flames began to die down as the hoses did their job.

'You ignorant lowlifes.' Dreg growled, shocking everyone. 'Someone is in there. I can sense it.'
'Completely insane.' one fireman commented. -
"Just stay back, son." said the fireman holding Xero, "You can go in once we say it's clear."

'Idiots...' Dreg muttered under his breath.

Eventually, the fire died down and the firemen gave the ok to Dreg.

Dreg stormed into the building, checking everywhere. Just as he was about to turn back, he stopped short, a horrified look on his face. 'Oh, my God!'
