Angus and Bernardo wondered down the streets, talking about how Dreg was such an awesome guy. It honestly was unusual for a pair of Mortals to actually LIKE Dreg!
After taking little Xero home, Dreg strolled down into an alleyway, hoping for another kill. -
A young girl, around nine, wandered the streets alone. Her vivid purple waved in the gentle breeze, and her eyes stayed locked on the ground. -

Someone who saw this girl might think her odd, wearing no shoes and clothing showing so much skin on a cool, almost cold, day. But she barely noticed. Compared to the lake water, this was warm. -

Bernardo and Angus halted. They saw a girl with purple hair, with clothes that revealed her skin and no shoes. -

Marissa was at an abandoned house she'd found, hanging out with Ares (sitting in his lap). Ashlyn honestly had nothing better to do, so she was with Marissa and Ares, bored out of her mind. It kind of bugged her seeing her sit on his lap. She had told herself she was over Ares, but she so wasn't. -
Dreg continued to slash and gash at some women he met. He just felt that burning desire, that hunger for blood and human flesh, kick in again. He disembowelled most of them, as always, strangling one of them with an intestine and cutting out all of their hearts, for later consumption.

Ares kissed Marissa, and they instantly started making out. Ashlyn felt her heart break a little more every second she had to go seeing them kiss. Not being able to take it anymore, she teleported to Dreg.

Dreg jolted when he spotted his mother.
'What the Hell!' he cried out, clutching his chest. 'You almost gave me a heart attack!'
