Out of her hands came a mix of electricity and pure shadow. The rage fueled beam shot directly at Waru.

Waru was caught off guard and hit. He plummeted to the ground. 'Ohhh...'

Annah walked over to him, seething. "I'm not a killer, so I'm not going to let you die like Dreg planned on doing. But I will hurt you as best I can." With that, another beam was fired.

Another beam hit him. 'Ah! Damnit!'

But then, she fell over. While carelessly walking to Waru, she had triggered another booby trap. This time, the stick had found it's way into her head. She could still heal, but unless someone took the stick out she would stay dead.

Waru stared at the stick. He didn't remember setting THAT trap!
