Kenneth had the living sh1t scared out of him that day. He'd woken up a few second ago, he stood beside the others, when they saw nox barge into the house, Nur yelled and jumped into Kenneth's arms scooby doo style, Neiva did the same jumping into Nora's arms, Candace stood there and stared at nox wide eyed.
"That's good, I was beginning to worry there." Kali said, "You should probably get some rest. You guys can stay with Kakarot as long as you don't disturb him too much." Kali said, leaving the room. -
(then why aren't you??)

nox ignored the others and walked upstairs to his room. he knelt by his bed and started rummaging through ancient scriptures and books he had stashed under his bed.

They all nodded. "By the way, what was it that you were going to ask?" Amy asked Lan. He slightly blushed.

(because its 2 AM. i have to be up by 7 AM. so at this point, i would be doing worse if i went to bed. i wouldnt be able to keep myself awake long enough in the morning to catch my bus.)

"I wonder what was that about..." Candace wondered out loud.
Once again, Ryan escaped from his room and hid under Kakarot's bed, Kali sighed and walked in to retrieve the child. -
nox found a book he was looking for. he ran back down stairs and layed the book on the kitchen table. then he started flipping through it.

Lan then yanked the boy out hard. "Stop doing that!" he hollered at Ryan.

the boy just stared teary eyed at Lan, then pointed to a carving underneath the bed Kakarot was on, it was a heart with the words Ryan and Mandy forever on it.

nox flipped open to a certain page and started to carve symbols on the wall that were in the book.

Lan just stared at it and didn't really get what he was trying to say. Amy smiled at Lan's confusion.

(i'm screwed. the library here doesn't have the book i need -.-)
Tears welled in Ryan's eyes, "My father's name was Ryan, my mother's name was Mandy. They died of Cancer. I am here with Cancer too. With my Grandma." the boy said with a thick Russian accent. -
(What book, Carri?) Lan looked at Ryan and frowned. "I'm so sorry about that..." he said.
