Candace had reached Gera's house and knocked on the door, flower in pocket.

This time, it was Gera's mom who answered the door. Gera's mom was unlike her husband in every way possible.Her husband was nice, sweet, and a total pushover. She, on the other hand, was just the opposite.

"Hello." Candace said as politely as possible while bowing like the Japanese, "May I please see Gera for just a small moment?" she asked respectfully.

Gera's mom smiled "Sure, but only for a moment." as she turned to leave, she looked back once more "Oh and thank you for being so polite." she said, before making her way to Gera's room.

Candace smiled back until Gera's mother left, then her smile turned into a frown, which was a result from hanging around her Aunt too much, they didn't really like to be nice, but can manipulate someone into thinking they are.

Gera went down the staires in such a rush to be free from her room that she looked nothing short of a blur. "Hey" she said when she reached the door.

Candace saw someone up the stairs and thought it was Gera's mother so she smiled and stood in an upright posture, but when Gera came down, she sighed a relieved sigh, "Oh thank god, by the way I found your blue daisy." She said, handing the magical flower back to her.

"Oh thanks! I thought I lost it for good!" she exclaimed, taking the flower.

"No problem, I found it in the forest a little while ago and rushed over!" she explained.

Just as Gera was about to say something else, her mom came in the room and rushed her upstaires. She then turned to Candace and put on a smile "Would you like to stay for dinner? We're making stuffed chicken." she said.

Since Candace wasn't entirely human, she didn't need to eat that often, but she hated turning people down because it seemed rude to her, "I would love to but I would have to ask my Aunt first because she worries a lot." she said, pulling out a cell phone and dialing a few numbers, "Hello?" Kali answered, then Candace asked her aunt whether she could stay or not, Kali as usual, said yes. She shut off her cell phone and said to Gera's mother, "I have permission." she said.

"Excellent! Why don't you go wash up while I put the chicken in the oven. Then, you can wait with Gera in her room." Gera's mom said, first pointing to the restroom, then Gera's bedroom.

"Okay. Thank you." Candace said, nodding and smiling. She headed towards the restroom to wash her hands and then towards Gera's room, she knocked on the door just to be on the safe side.

Gera opened the door and let Candace in. "Sorry for the mess, I'm kind of a slob." she said, while pushing some of the mess against the wall to make a pathway.

Candace, "Yeah you should see my room, if it weren't for--" she stopped talking suddenly and looked around, walked inside and closed the door, "--for magic, my room would be declared a national disaster by the president." she said.
