I'm actually cold as well, but that might just be because my leg is bleeding so it feels all my body's heat is going there :/

my wrists used to bleed

i go in a pattern
1. i complain to my friends then let it go
2. it builds up again then im mad for a whole day
3.i stay alone and gets calm by listening to my music all day
4alone all day them i lock myself in my room theen cry all day
5. i end up cutting myself then i let it go for about 3 days
6. it gets worse and i suck it up
then 3 hours later then thats when it hits :/
right now i am at 5 -
