I stood on the green grass and looked at the neighboor hood. No one. I looked back at the mansion and saw something. I squinted to see what it was, "A figure, a human figure..." I got curious and wonderef if I was up for an adventure.

I saw him looking my way and backed away from the window. "What if he saw me?",I thought. I disappeared into the portrait room.

I almost got a full image of the figure, but it disappered. "Little ghostie scared?" I smirked and ran to the mansion, jumped the gate and slowly walked inside the castle type house. "Its amazing this place hasn't been taken down yet.." my words echoed through the mansion.

I looked at the portrait of me and my old fiancee. It was so long ago, yet it felt like yesterday. That day we'd planned to sneak away to go to the waterfront, and have a little picnic. My mother caught us and dragged us to the painting. I burst into tears, because that was the week before he caught that dreaded disease.

The cold breezed was startling, "Never been in a haunted mansion before..." I said walking up the staircase and feeling the dusty hand rail. "...its really dirty." I said looking at cobwebs and broken furniture.

I heard a voice."Get out!" I yelled, racing up to the attic.

I have to admit, I was scared. "Who said that?!" Then I heard footsteps going up. -
I didn't wan to give away the entrance to the attic, so I apparated through the wall into the room.

I reached the top floor and headed down a hall. There were so many doors. I opened each one and there were only rooms. Until, there was an attic. "Whose there?" -
"Go away. You people never listen." I shook the tapestries in the hall and they fell to the ground.
