thats why my wrists hurt when i get them wet and yes its something that is somewhat helping me relieve stress and my nights i have to spend alone fighting off the monsterous flashbacks

cutting is the only way to keep the flashbacks at bay but its still draining me i dont sleep and im having a bunch more issues
