I cry in the stall alone, smearing my make-up. Why does this always have to happen to me? I ask myself. WHY?

I sit alone, and memories crowd my mind. Ergggg, please go away. I scream in my head.

I finally get things together and wipe my make-up. I check the mirror, checking my make-up. Not bad, I tell myself. I walk out as calm as I can and ignore Alex.

I gave Alex a quick kiss on a cheek and walked to class.

I saw Ella and Alex together before I ran into the bathroom. Why would they be together, I ask myself. I shake it off and go into class. I sit by Ella and pretend like I didn't see anything.

I went to class and saw Ella and Cat. I sat as far away from them.

In Science class I checked up on Cat."He cheated on you. With who?"

I see Alex enter. I glare at him as he takes his seat. I tap Ella on the back when the teacher isn't looking. "Hey.. Uhhh... Why were you and Alex together before I ran into the bathroom?" I whisper as I look down at my desk. As I wait for an answer, I stare at Alex and sigh with sadness.
