As I was checking out of work today by the counter where you pay(it was closed),this old lady,who looked about 70 something stopped me,here was the conversation between us.
Her:Excuse me young man,can you open this register?
Me:Oh,um sorry Ma'am.I just checked out to go already,I think there might be an open one in a bit.
Her:Why are you leaving so soon?
Me:*Awkward smile*I'm aloud to go home already.
Her:What are you gonna do when you get home?
Me:*face reddens*Um..go to sleep and eat I guess?
Her:*puzzled look*Thats all?Its only 3:30PM
Me:Yeah...long day,and um play some guitar afterwords I guess.
Her:*nods head**walks away*
Me:*blinks*
Oh gawd,lol.I've never been asked so many questions straight up by a stranger.I didn't really feel like answering but she seemed nice and I diddn't wanna sound rude or anything. -
And also whats weird is that she didn't have anything with her that she could pay for.__.,I noticed.
