Jacob frowned. "You'd be at the bottom of the list. Joyce has a better chance than you do. At least she'll get married one day." -
"You're the one who made it that way. Remember?" I said. "Evil little son of a b----."

Jacob left the room. Eric looked at Robin. "I hope you end up in charge."

"Eric, things will turn out great in the end. If it's not great, it's no the end."

Eric grinned.

I rested my head against his chest.

Eric hugged her.

I hugged him, gave him a quick kiss and said,"Did I cheer you up to any degree?"

"Yes."

"Yay. Ashley-1 Eric-80. Long way to go to catch up to you."

I looked over at the others in the room. Joyce was staring at us and Lily and Robin were talking. I laughed a little too.

"So, um, Joyce, how's school been?" He didn't talk to Joyce very often, even though she was his sister...
