Kaoru looked over at Alice, who was busy making dolls. "What you doing?" he asked, though the answer was obvious. Alice loved making little voo-doo dolls out of people. Kaoru found it stupid, but oh well. Girls will be girls.

The door swung open, and in stepped a man who looked to be in his early twenties. He wore his sandy blode hair slicked back, and hid his emerald green eyes behind large, round glasses. He was tall and skinny, and when he smiled his thin lips seemed to almost disappear. "It's time for your check-up, Kate. Got to make sure none of your stitching has come undone."
