A boy with shorter dark hair waved at them and came over.
Kiyoshi smiled. "Hey."
"Hi." he responded.
"Kate, this is Adam, Adam, this is Kate." he introduced. -
"Nice to meet you." she smiled, holding out her hand.

"Nice to meet you too." he smiled back, shaking hers.

"So you're Kiyoshi's cousin?"

"Yup. You must be his friend."

"That's me."

"By the way, how do you relate to this guy?" Kiyoshi stared at him.
"You could say I've witnessed one of the murders." -
"Yeah....." Kate said, looking down.

"Sorry about that."
Kiyoshi slipped into the seat before the judge started, Adam following. -
Kate sat just as the trial began.
I'm just gonna say before it begins, that I've only ben in one mock trial and seen a few trials on t.v. So I'm sorry if I do something that's not supposed to happen or whatever...... -
The two boys sat, reviewing what they're gonna bring up.
it's ok, I've only seen some on t.v. too -
After it was made clear why the trial was taking place, the prosecutor was called up to present his witnesses.
Who do you want to control him? Me or you? -
Kiyoshi stiffened a little with nervousness.

"Thank you." he said, standing up. "The first witness I would like to call up is Kiyoshi -insert last name-." -
