Well it's my 13th birthday on February 24th and I know it's ages away and everything but I have no idea what to do for a party! I have 3 close friends but the trouble is one's a boy. I wanna do something memorable but my Mom is pretty strict about house parties (well durrhh, she saw House Party didn't she? ) so I don't know what else to do! Any ideas? Please...?
