That happened to me and I was a novice for a VERY long time (2 months and I was a junior for 1 month). I've been experienced for almost a month

Ya. I had about 30 quizzes at one point when i was a novice which is alot because most users with that many quizzes were experienced or higher

And I dont have the ass to make quizzes ._.

How it works for me is when my status bar is orange or red I hardly make quizzes because I can't think of any ideas but when it turns yellow and green I start making like 5 quizzes a day until I level up.
Notice how I have 57 quizzes (55 on my profile) -

making quizzes are boring, and then it sucks if you don't have an idea.
